Why does my stomach bloat after eating a meal? - why my stomach is bloated after caribbean trip
I wonder why my stomach swells up after a meal. I am a little thin, but after eating my stomach swells so much that I seem to be 6 months PG or one of these children die of hunger in a foreign country. Like today I ate a full meal at noon and is now 8 1 / 2 hours later and still swollen. Why is this happening? Can it be avoided? Usually eat only one meal per day.

Eat less, every two hours. It is better for you and you do not swell at all / almost all of them. Good luck.
